The stand is open for the season

Read onPasture-raised meat and vegetables, grown with the soil in mind.
We are a small family farm raising vegetables, pastured poultry and grass-fed livestock. Everything we sell is grown here, picked at its best, and never travels far to reach you.
We work the land in a way that leaves it better than we found it. Livestock move to fresh ground often, so pasture gets long rests and roots grow deep. Beds are planted in succession and covered through the winter, so the soil is never bare.
It is slower than the alternative, and it means some things are only available for a few weeks a year. We think you can taste the difference.
Spring through autumn
Cut fresh the morning you collect them. Several varieties through the season.
Midsummer to first frost
Heirloom and slicing varieties, ripened on the vine.
Late summer through winter
Carrots, beets and turnips. Sweetest after the first cold nights.
Year round, fewest in midwinter
From hens that move to fresh grass every few days.
Summer and autumn, by the batch
Raised on grass in movable shelters. Sold whole, frozen.
Autumn, by arrangement
Sold by the quarter, half or whole. Reserve ahead.
